Delivery to the United Kingdom is a set fee. Outside of the United Kingdom a cost would have to be agreed with the client ahead of any order placed.


As our items are bespoke and made to order no item can be returned unless faulty upon arrival. Buyer must return the item within 7 days at their courier cost to be elligible for a refund.


Our general working day is from 8am till 4pm, however if we are available and online outside of these hours we will endeavour to respond to any enquiry.

When will I expect to see my order?

All orders have a timeframe that is discussed and agreed with the client before an order is placed, except, any order that is from the creative design collection where delivery times will be stated under each product.

How can I track my order?

Upon order dispatch all clients will receive tracking information for their relevant purchase via email.
